    Hi all,

started de-chroming the GS this past weekend in preparation for it's body shop visit. I could not figure out how to get the chrome off of the rear edge of the hood :Do No: I don't want to damage it, so I figured i'd ask here. How does it come off, it appears to be crimped on ? Any suggestions on the best way to take it off ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Harry

Get a piece of hardwood such as oak and a rubber hammer. Place the edge of the wood on the edge of the trim and gently tap with rubber hammer. Start at one end and slowly work your way across. To reinstall, simply tap with rubber hammer.
