The sad thing is that they’ll all move there and then ruin it with their money and their votes. Like the Eagles song ‘Last Resort’; ‘Call some place Paradise, kiss it goodby…’

Its funny how people flee the cities that they voted for the policies put in place only to move to a nicer place and institute policies that will in the end ruin the place that they now live o_O

At some point the prices have to come down to affordable levels for the middle class, the current market is not sustainable. My current home needs updating since nothing has really been done since we built it in 1994 (just basic upgrades have been done). Really needs an updated kitchen, new flooring in the living room, new carpeting in a few of the bedrooms but its going to cost a bunch of money to do all of that. I would also like to change the siding color and trim. I guess no retirement for me for a while:(

Mr. Peabody's coal train has taken on a different persona as it hauls Paradise away. :(

John Prine's lyrics were ahead of their time.

We have told all the Californians who have moved to AZ the last couple years with a Billboard on the State Line, “Don’t Calafornicate My Arizona”.

Mike Trom, prices are not gonna go backwards, they may fluctuate but then go up and up.

I agree with the above, but I couldn't bring myself to click the "like" button.
