last summer when I was finishing up my resto I went to install the headers and had a problem. I couldn't torque four of the bolts due to stripped threads. The shop that did the heads for me did me a favor, without asking, and removed some header bolts that had snapped. I thought I'd do it when I got them back. Well, they drilled the holes a few sizes to big. I really didn't want to pull the engine to fix this. The problem was getting a drill in there for the helicoil. There's no room. I don't own an angle drill so I made one. I took the proper size drill bit and cut it to the size I needed. Then I welded a nut on the end. I then used my 3/8 air ratchet with the drill bit in a socket to drill the holes for the helicoil. Worked like a charm.

Just rememberd and thought I'd share in case someone runs into this.
