He's been contacted by the mfgr about his listings, but I doubt there is anything to be done about it, except to not sell anymore tanks to that person. He's obviously taking advantage of those who are unaware they can buy them outright at $149. Except that Frank now has them on ebay also, for $149 BIN pricing. So I don't understand why anyone would bid on this other guys auctions...
