The bidders obviously haven't heard they can get these from a couple suppliers, instead of bidding on them! I know at least one of those bidders is a member here, guess they haven't bothered to read the threads about these. The seller must either feel they are underpriced at $149, or figures there are plenty of ebayers that won't know they can buy them at $149. So, who is "extrayellow" anyway? Someone asked on here a few weeks ago, but I don't think he was identified. I've seen his id on ebay a lot. JR, I promise I won't ebay my tank... maybe my old one though...
That really irritates me when I see people taking advantage of the un-informed, and making money on someone elses hard work. The least he could have done was give some info on where it came from. What was his reserve? Watch out, he may order more to resell. :blast:
I would lik to find out WHO it is that is selling it. I ALMOST sent a letter to the Buyer. IF the seller is someone trying to Scalp, I'd like to STOP it, DEAD. If it is someone who is unhappy, I want to find out WHY. I have had NOTHING BUT GOOD Feed back on these, and try to respond as QUICKLY as possible with information on receipt of funds, Shipping & info. JR
JR, I say go right ahead and email the buyer. He should know these tanks can be bought direct much cheaper. I doubt the seller is someone unhappy with the tank, or you would have heard, probably just trying to profit on the reasonable prices that Frank has established for the tanks. Looking at the list of bidders, it appears at least one of them is also a member here, apparently hasn't read the threads/posts about the tanks.
