Just expanding on what's been said.... Velocity = (change in distance) / (change in time) Acceleration = (change in velocity) / (change in time) or...............= [(change in distance) / (change in time)] / (change in time) (Actually, according to my physics teacher, velocity is 'change in displacement', but using 'displacement' would probably just confuse everyone)
