i am in the process of striping the paint off my car, in order to have it painted, i live very near the ocean and within a day unprotected starts to rust, is their anyway i can put something on the metal to prevent the rust, but not make it perminate so that the painter can take it off, i dont have access to air sprayers to use good 2-part primer
If you happen to have a lot of it then grease or oil of some sort should help, just make sure you clean if off real good before painting.
