Hi, I'm selling my old oversize sandblasting cabinet in preparation for our upcoming move. Here is a link to the local Craigslist ad I created. Let me know if you have any questions. This will need to be picked up locally with a truck/ trailer.

I'm interested - what kind of CFM does it require?

Well the more the better. My single stage 14.5 Cfm compressor runs constantly trying to serve it so your air supply needs to be dry as can be, harder to do the more heat that's generated with a single stage compressor

I am so close to jumping on it..Can you give me some dimensions of the cabinet as well as how big the opening door is? Does the vacuum system still work good and how heavy is it?

Bill I apologize I have cleared it up with the other party and you are first in line so just let me know. I already took the craigslist add down so my number is 610 212 9047 if you need to call me. Again I'm sorry for screwing this up.

Thanks Clanceman - I appreciate the save! I was looking to get this for the wife. She was out of town until tonight and I wanted to show her your cabinet. She needs a sandblaster for her work on glass. Of course, I might sneak a control arm in once and awhile! Anyway, according to the experts you can't mix glass work and metal work in the same cabinet. And she wants a new one, and what wifey wants, you know the rest... I will pass to the next in line. Thanks again for the opportunity!

Okie dokie Bill, wow an excuse from the wife to buy a new sandblasting cabinet, lucky man!

Pat, you're next in line. I will grab some quick dimensions on it tomorrow morning for you. The vacuum system still works fine on it. The weight is tough to estimate but a couple guys can "walk it" to move it around. We moved it around on those automotive garage rollers (the type that a car's tire sits in with 4 casters). It's gotta be a couple hundred pounds I'd imagine.

Pat, the measurements I took this morning (with the cover on) are:

height: 6 feet, but 6'8" if you include the very top of the vacuum motor
    width: 4'5"
depth: 3' main cabinet but add about 20" to the back for the vacuum hopper

    door height: 32"
door width: full 3' at bottom, 2' wide at top (where it slopes back for the window)

I just looked up Loganton, and looks like you are north of Harrisburg, not exactly around the corner. If you wanted to come see it Saturday is open but the earlier the better, as we have to leave around 3pm or so for plans we have with family.

Let me know if you're interested, thanks.

Forgot to mention that I took the Craigslist add down, but I have those pictures on my home computer that I will post here on this thread tonight so that you can view them again.

If this deal gets this far, I'll take it. I'm just up the road in Harleysville, and can handle the move.

Hi Pat, it's been a couple days since my last post with the info you requested. Are you still interested in the sandblaster? Thanks.
