The company I work for has a now vacant warehouse just north of downtown Pontiac. We lost our only account due to a company buy out so they now own an empty building. They are converting the warehouse to indoor storage for your car/truck/trailer/boat/personal watercraft. I know they are getting a couple 42' boats soon and triple pontoon boats as well so the place it huge.. This is heated,dry storage in a up-to-date secure building. $550 for a year's lease. If you want to put your toy in there just for the winter, the charge is $50 a month. I am putting my GTS in there just for the winter to clear out my small garage to make room for snow removal equipment.
