Your best bet is to find a good local auto upholstery shop near you and have them made.
Most of the upholstery materials that were used back then are still available today.

I had the seats in my 63 skylark redone by a local to me upholstery shop and they look great. I had them redone in original vinyl with the exception of the center panels which has a blue tweed material inserted.

My 70 GS has a very nice bench seat though at some time I would like to put buckets and a center console in it. I have a upholstery shop who can take care of the seats if I have seats to give him. Any idea as too where I may find a center console and seats ? I am assuming this is a favorable upgrade....

I have a set of seats and console. I also have new Legendary Seat covers in Pearl White. All located in Cleveland

There is a place by me that wants $3500 to do them and that's too much for the overall value of the car.I had some made from a company and they came out really nice perfect color match but they made the wrong pattern. It is the only pattern they have and I'm trying to keep it original but thank you for your input .If you hear of any company that does make them please let me know

You should join our 1961-1963 Buick Special/Skylark Facebook group.
You would probably have better luck finding what you're looking for there.

This would be a good question to start a new thread with. Piggybacking on someone else's sort of confuses the original question.

Sometimes the high number ($3500) included refurbishing the seat frames and assembling the finished seats. If you do all that yourself, the price may drop considerably. Ask your local people how much if you bring them the old covers, and install the new yourself.

That way they can take apart the old covers, and use them as a pattern, and also see how the finished product should look.

Clicking on the little image at left (the Avatar) will bring up an option to "start a conversation". That is an easy way to have a private conversation with another user.
