HI I have a friend who just bougth a Le sabre conv -71 since i have been a buick owner for some year i have volounterd to help him with some question Some one have replaced the front and rear seat with something that not fit at all. o No: My question is does the seats from all fullsize fit i mean from olds, chevy ,pontiac. If not is there anybody who can tell from wich car the interior will fit in a lesabre -71 convertible. Thanks in advance B. Johansson Sweden
The scissor style roof can be a pain but it has one huge advantage. It folds behind the seat not beside it. This means the rear seat is the same size in a convertible as a hardtop. GM B-body's have a lot in common, so any set of seats from a 2 door will work. The 4 door front seat doesn't flip forward so it's out, and I think a 4 door rear seat is shaped slightly different. Cadillacs were front drive and had a different floor pan. I don't know if the seats are the same or not. But any Pontiac, Chevy, Buick or Olds B-Body 2 door will fit right in. John
