Secondary pull off

    I have several different Q-Jets here 2 have a White secondary pull off and 1 is black. Are they different rate pull off's or does the color have no meaning?

    I do not believe that the color has any meaning. Just different manufacturers.

    Actually, the color refers to the aaalication where used, depending on the opening and closing rate. It will directly affect the air valve opening rate, and the rate of choke unloading, depending on the emission calibration. The plastic housed units had different sized orifices through which the vacuum acted on the linkages. Ray

    OK, so can you tell us which colors are quicker????? (I happen to have two white ones. They take about 2 seconds to dump their vacuum)

    Exactly my question Nick. I looked in my FSM and it made no reference as to speed of each one.
