I am curious of how many people are using fiberglass front fenders on the street? What hood are you using in conjunction since the companies say that you have to run a pin on hood?

Also, I saw a post (unable to find it now) stating that someone is making fiberglass inner fender wells for the fron fenders on 70-72 Skylarks. Who is it?

Who sells the aluminum mounts for the fiberglass bumpers?

Who makes a fiberglass hood with a stage 2 scoop for a 70-72?

Lastly I saw a thread (I have searched for it also with noi success) that showed how much each item like glass bumpers, fenders, racing seats etc lightens the car. Does anyone have a link to that thread?

    Thanks for any help,
    Bart

    Bart,
As far as a fiberglass hood w a stage 2 scoop, "VFN" can make this for you :Smarty:

That was a great link you posted! I was really shocked to see than even a hinged glass hood shaves 50lbs!

I like the idea of the "diet" but for street/strip, I'd sooner use the hood than lose my ps.
