Just sitting here tonight, and started thinking about shift kits. I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations? The car is strictly street driven only and was wondering what other people have put in their cars? Cost? Difficulty? Also did you see much of a difference in performance or fuel economy? I don't imagine it would make much of a difference in fuel economy, but a lot of sites say it can make a difference. (But lots of sites say lots of things.)

I put the B&M kit in my th350 about 5 years ago. I don't remember how much it cost but I want to say somewhere around $40. I also put trick shift fluid in after that which cost me about another $50. I bought the B&M because I was told it had the best illustrations, and I thought it was pretty easy. Took me about a half a day laying on my back in the garage and I've had no problems yet

I've used B&M and Trans-Go and found them both to be excellant. I can't swear to fuel economy but performance increase was significant!
