From where to where ??You can use my Yellow freight account if you freight collect it. I get 50% discount from quotes.

I'd be curious to know a quote from Binghamton, NY 13901 to Fresno, CA 93705. Try one pallet (48"x48"x36") at 1000lbs. [engine/tranny]

    Much appreciated!! :bglasses:

Rick Henderson will probably be cheaper than any shipping company.

$750 door to door It gets cheaper if you drop off and pick up terminal to terminal but not cheap enough put the motor in a car :puzzled: I just had a GS shipped from LA to NY cost only $660

Now that's messed up. :Do No: :Dou:

Terminal to terminal would be the only way to go.

    Thanks for checking!! :TU:

    Shipping

Try Forward Air they are about as cheap as it gets. The only problem with them is you have to be able to get to the nearest major airport to ship or pick up. I just got a quote from them to ship a tranny from Vegas to Rawleigh NC
$34.79 per hundred weight. The price per hundred weight goes down as the weight goes up. Package size makes no difference. The Vegas ph# is

I called ForwardAir and they were outrageous. And that was just for the engine......$700 or so, and the person would have to drive over 2hrs. :Do No:

I'm sure in some cases they have excellent rates.

They must have made a mistake or something I have been dealing with them for over 3 years. I shipped a 454 Chevy shortblock last Dec from Vegas to Indiana and it cost me $126.00. Oh well it was just a suggestion...........Take Care Bob Harris
