I have met a few of ya'll off of the board at the Temple Drag that was a very successful beer drinking endevor. I was hoping to find a bit more love in the way of a posi rear end for the 65 RIV we have been working on for over a year. We are close but running out of options less a spool or 9 inch. Would love to stay correct but need a little help. Leads etc. are greatly appreciated. I can be reached directly at 972.965.1111 and will check posts as well. Grady (is that your name?): I looked for awhile before I found one for my Wildcat. You might contact TOPCAT on the board. If you find one from an Electra or Wildcat you will need a pinion flange rather than the pinion yoke. My posi came from a '65 GS Rivi, so I have a flange I would be willing to trade for the yoke. I'd like to have the extra yoke for the peg-leg. Are you around Dallas? Rick

George: I'm in Houston. There was a guy on the board who had a couple of posi's but they were like a 3.07. I've searched but I can't find his contact info. The gears are what is hard to find. I'm guessing your looking for a 3:42? I did find a part number for upgraded clutches for a rebuild if you want that info. Rick

Thanks Rick!! I grew up in Houston (spring high alumi '88) and all my family is there currently. I am there throughout the year and have no buick contacts for events and such. If you know of any please let me know. The RIV is a project with my dad and will spend the lions share of it's time in h-town. I typically roll with my 76 TA here in Dallas but have trailer will travel for all cars. Thanks again for your help. I will keep you in mind for the old parts when this problem gets solved..
