is the technical difference between the stock spindles for drum and disc brakes for the 70 ish skylark? just wondering because i got the conversion kit from PST and the first thing they want you to do is sand .004 off the spindles so the rotor bearings will fit. is that the difference between them if so i can save a ton of time and effort not changing them. and do you need to change the master and booster? i just helped a friend put a stainless brake conversion kit on his 67 impala and all it needed was a set of calipers rotors abd new proportioning valve with what looked like a new bracket to replace the backing plate.
