Considering the asking price, Id say it could be worth saving. After all, it is a 66. That being said, I got motion sickness just from looking at those pictures
Going to all that expense of paint and interior, I don't understand why he didn't either make the stripes further apart or the the interior closer together so that when you look at it head on, the stripes on the outside would line up perfectly with the stripes on the interior. It couldn't have been any more money to have that all line up. It would be very unique and kinda nice to see that. It is a bit loud tho, and definitely not something I would want to own. Shiny thing for sure.
That car looks like a lot of car for $1500. When that wheel barring on that back left went out it must of really let loose, I cant imagine how it beat the hell out of the quarter like that. It must if been a fun ride
I agree what a shame to see such a horrible fate for a 66. At least it got some love once I guess. Holy step away from the acid trip colors Batman... I would feel like I was at Carnival in Brazil everytime I got in that car. I for one :af: pretty much ANY stripes that didn't come on a car. Especially over the roof. Puke. Sure accents that superb 3 way sunroof! If that rear quarter full of mud is any indication of the rest of the car oh boy. I like this line in the ad - Translation: ALL the pics were taken on it's best day and the rear "qtr" damage was today. Hell maybe 800-900 bucks, some gray primer as quick as possible (No need for your neighbors to think you went Team Barney)and some seat covers.
