Well we just got in 2004 Escalde 4wd for parts, so if you know of anybody needing parts please let me know. According to it's last oil change it has around 55k on it. The wire whip was cut when the fireman got on scene so that is all cut up. So we don't have exact mileage for you. We do know the vehicle was wrecked within 2 months of it's last oil change though. The vehicle is perfect from the rear doors back, and motor and tranny are still intact. Has the (4) 20" Chrome Escalade rims on it and are in great shape. (spare was on truck when wrecked) So we do have all 4 of them. No oil leaks apparent from accident. Oil cooler lines were still intact and motor was full of oil. We cut all the front end off becuase it was crumpled pretty bad. The complete front clip is shot including the passenger side front suspension. We'd sell the whole thing for $3000 if anyone was interested. I'll get pix's of it when the rain stop maybe tomorrow.
LQ9 10:1 compression 6 liter here, guys! It's a great engine, even listed as a performance crate motor by GM. And for $3,000, it would make for a really cool donor for a Chevelle. Especially if you could figure out a way to put the AWD in the A-body. But, anyway, does it have the navigation? I need new buttons for mine. What about the DVD entertainment system? What color is the interior?
Jarrod, can you send me some pics of the engine and trans? Any idea what would be involved in using this powertrain in a 2WD rear drive application? Do you have a price for the powertrain including ECM and gas pedal? Frank
Heck, maybe we could just cut and splice the frame and I could make a 4WD 66 Cadillac Conv.! Stock appearing with the hood closed!
The navigation unit was pulled before we got it, The dvd screnes are still in the headrest and there is something in the center console. I'll have to get pix's and show you what I have. The interior is cream color. Grey exterior.
Tiger's wife is glad he is not representing Buick anymore...she never wants to see him in another Rendezvous! :spank: David
:idea2: does it look like this one.......     It needs minor repair......
My theory is that Buick knew about his transgressions long before anybody else and got out early!:Brow: :Brow:
My interior is shale, sort of light beige. I'd be interested in some good photos and a price for the DVD system. If the screens are in the headrests, its' probably an aftermarket setup, but that's okay. Do the head rests have the Cadillac emblem on the front?
