    Howdy,

I'm picking up a switch pitch TH400 for my Turbo6 project and from my readings on this section of the board the stock valvebodies aren't the greatest. I'd like to replace it with something that is still very streetable but more fitting with a performance car. Looking through my Summit catalog there seems to be only one Man/Auto valvebody. I don't know how hard it is to find a better used valvebody so does anyone have any opinions on the quality of the Hughes or any other aftermarket Man/Auto valvebody for the TH400?

    Thanks,

Any 70's valvebody will work in your switch pitch 400. They will be calibrated better, and have the 3-2 valve that gives you a part throttle kickdown. The hughes or TCI valvebodies will work just as well, but cost you more. Your choice.
