I've Recently had a bad experience dealing with Rob Franklin aka SpeedyBuickGS1@aol.com. He knew how badly I wanted a 4 speed setup. In October 2003, He had promised to sell me a complete setup for my 65 GS Convertible resto and was constantly changing his mind. At one time, He even sold the entire setup and then bought it back again? We had a package deal price worked out and I asked him several times, (all documented) how much to send him for shipping . . He made up several excuses and now February 2004, he will not follow thru on his promise. I am very disappointed and will not ever deal with him. Just Be CAUTIOUS. Wheelz, Tampa Bay
I don't really "know" either Rob or Dennis, and I certainly don't know what went on between them, so I obviously can't comment on that.... But last year, the UPS truck made quite a few trips from Robs house to mine, and I was like a kid at christmas every time. No complaints from me. Just lots of "thank you's" :TU: for Rob in my book. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with him. :beer
I owe Rob an apology for a post I made on the BPC email list. Rob, I'm sorry that I made an assumption that was not accurate, based on information available to me at the time. I should have been a whole lot more responsible than I showed in that post. Please forgive me.
