What is this for? The Buick ones have a "notch" for the overlaped third spoke, I don't see a notch, it could be there and I just can't see it, old and blind. The hubs for the Olds 4 spoke wheel don't have a notch. And the early 65 or so that were for a two spoke wood wheel had no notch I think.
Whoops, my bad. I was thinking the Buick and Olds wheel shared the same mounting hub. It was removed from an Olds.
