Yes but Jaguar is specifically using the Sportwagon moniker. That would most likely preclude Buick from using it again much like Ford couldn't use Futura (Pep Boys tires) and GT40. Not that Buick would ever think of such a thing... :spank:
Saab, Alfa Romeo, Renault, and Volvo have all used the SportWagon moniker Wasn't Mercedes going to make an AMG-55 Wagon to compete with Audi's RS-6 super-Vaggin
Not to mention, the Jags are basically built by Ford. The drivetrains are all based on the Lincoln LS series.
