Stage 1 Intake Manifold

I need a Stage 1 intake manifold for my 71. I have an Edelbrock B48 manifold to offer.

No such animal Len. They are all the same. What date code do you need ? I have some intakes. The 71 number cast in front of the carb will be 1236403 but a date code is also cast in the front so you need to make that fit the car. What is the build date on you cowl tag?

You mean I was storing that "Stage 1" manifold for years? Now I don't feel so bad that I didn't pick it up from my parents house before it was sold. How much for a stock manifold?

It will not be so hard to find the correct period dated manifold. What is the build date on you cowl tag? If I have it you can get it for the lowest price possible which is Zero ( plus shipping). Some great folks on this Board helped me under similar circumstances. But the date code needed will make it a crap shoot.
