Stage 2 head installation

    What is the proper way to drill the extra head bolt holes in the block for the stage 2 heads? Will we hit water or not?

    Stud jig

    Jimmy,

    You can rent the head stud jig from TA. It make like very easy and it is how I did mine. Give them a call.

    Yes, you will go into water with the 4 extra holes.
    The proper term is fixture, not jig.LOL Need to be politically correct here people:grin: Jim Burek P.A.E. ENTERPRISES

    Just rent the fixture for t/a it comes with the drill bits and tap it is the only way to go and you will hit the water jacket just put sealer on the theads of the studs and you will have no problems
