I'm looking for the bottom plate for a Starwars air cleaner I think it measures about 12 inches. I also need the hold down nut for the top.
One sold this week on E-bay for $168.00 ou: You may want to consider just making one for the bottom portion of an expendable aircleaner. I have done several this way and it is alot cheaper. Plus if you are not doing a concours restoration, nobody will ever know the difference
No the 300 4bbl and the "Star Wars" base are not the same, I have both here, they do use the same filter element, but they are not the same. Also the two air cleaners we are discussing fit two different carburetors. 300 is for old 4bbl, mine is an AFB, which is smaller than the Quadrajet that the "Star Wars" base fits, I don't know the measurements.
