1976 Electra I replaced the power steering belt after cutting the old one off and I can't figure out what I need to loosen to be able to move the pump and pulley so I can slip the new belt on. I see one of the nuts which has a threaded mount that is built in to the pump where it would allow me to move the pump around, but I don't see anything else. It seems to be that there should be a pivot point like there is on alternator adjustments. It still won't budge. Where is the other bolt located? I have tightened it once before but I can't remember how I did it.
