The Olds website I post at is down, so I figured I'd ask here. I found this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2453141031&category=6755 and was wondering if this would make a good bolt in replacement for my 66 Toro column. The signal switch is shot, and I think it would just be plain EASIER and QUICKER to replace the whole column. Mine has tilt/telescopic wheel, and cornering lights, but I would be willing to sacrifice the cornering lights so I dont have to dink around with the broken parts in the current column I have. Any takers?
Basically, NO. That column is totally different than yours. Why not just replace your turn signal switch? There's one here that should work: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33717&item=2453958620
Andrew, This tilt turn signal switch has the extra contacts for the cornering light plug. I think that it should work on the tilt/tele column too. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...3717&item=2454704198&sspagename=STRK:MEBWA:IT
