    STEF's pan & 64-67 TA headers

Just trial fitted a Stef's oil pan and the STG2 TA 64-67 comp. headers in my 67 A body. The pan is from PAE for use with the halo girdle. Had to notch the baffle 3/4" for the #4 cap. And the pan rail 1/4" for the mounts. Other than that it comes within 1/8" of the driver side inner tie-rod grease fitting. No big deal. The driver's side header had no clearance problems at all. 1/2" from the steering shaft, lots of clearance at the frame. The pass. side header comes within 1/2" of the frame & 1/4" from the upper control arm. The bushing are worn out though. There is 3/4" of shims at the rear . I told a few guys at Salem I would let them know how these fit and now we know.

That's great to know. My headers are sitting in the garage waiting for some other parts that will accompany them into my car...
