I just did an "upgrade" to my stg. 2 TE heads, so I have 3/8th diameter stem valves, 2.260 intakes, and 1.75 exhaust, full set, with used TA "no wiggle" retainers, keepers, and you can even have the dual valve springs, that I ran with my flat tappet cam. $75, shipped to lower 48 states. I'll see if I can post pics. but, it may not happen, I work out of town, and I'll be out of town this weekend. Gary G.
Gary, I am interested. What shape are the parts in? Any idea of the miles on them? Is there any valves that are bent or burned? I would really like to see pics of them - can you send to junitis@twmi.rr.com?
Carl, I know that 1 int. and 1 exh. was replaced after I blew the motor in 2007, but didn't rebuild it until 2008. The rest of the components probably have 150-200 passes on them. No burnt valves, I'll wipe off the oil on Thurs. when I get home and see if I can post pics. before I leave town. Gary G.
Valves and stuff are not sold yet. I went from my work, out of town, to then head straight out to Las Vegas for the Super Street Car Nationals. I'm sorry I didn't get to post pictures, I'll be home on Sunday, and make sure I go thru the pecking order. Gary G.
