    brblx clueless

we'd have to know head cc's, piston dish cc's, and head gasket thickness to get a number.

It sure would not be a fuel that you could buy at a local gas station.

The 1966 Buick documentation for the 340-4 specifies fuel that would be over 96 octane in today's measurement.

I have to run a 3:1 mix of 93 gas and 110 racing fuel in order to stop the knocking. Your modified engine would need even more racing fuel.

if you used composite head gaskets you actually have less compression now. New composite gaskets are .043 thk, and stock steal shim gaskets are .020 thk....
