    Hey All,
So the original gs400 engine is at the machine shop and I want to make sure that we do all the necessary modifications to get oil where it belongs etc better than GM. So, are there any certain recommendations that I should bring to their attention? I also was considering building as if it were a staged car, is this a bad idea? By that I mean cam, big valves, heavy springs, and notched pistons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a note they are going to have to go .060 over due to it already being .040 with two siezed pistons......

I would not take my Buick engine to a Machine shop to get built if they did not do Buicks. No Way

If it isn't too late take it to performance engineering in Hamilton,:Smarty: otherwise study everything you can, go there and make sure they do it exactly as you read on there.
