So after many years of back and from two different dyno shops & travel etc , I got a hair in my ass & decided to have my own Dyno! Slowly I will be moving away from working on cars & eventually just the Engines only. Hopefully! Buick of course along w Chevy, Pontiac & olds etc. Specialty & restoration to Race engines 400hp to 1000hp plus. I am working & looking to bring other equipment into my shop for doing Machine work as well. I found a Suoer Flow 902 in bad shape. This is a cart system I really wanted. of course it was in need of a complete overhaul. So it turned into a restoration PROJECT! Lol Here are a few pictures of the progress. Room is outfitted & just about fully framed out, with fan & ventilation. Next electric, some Sheetrock & Paint . The 902 Dyno is 871 water absorber I fully rebuilt. I am just awaiting some small parts from hard coat anodized. The cart with Dyno stand & tank restored and waiting the Brake to be installed on the stand frame.
Awesome Nick! Congratulations. I've thought about this & starting a business just renting dyno time but too many ideas & not enough time/$.
Nick, Congratulations on your change of direction. Good luck and I am sure you will do well in your new endeavor. Looking forward to seeing more of your Engines come to life.
Nick that is awesome. I cant wait to see you do some wicked dyne runs. Will also be interesting to see what you learn from it as you build many motors and I am sure you will learn even more with your own dyne room. Very cool... Congratulations
