Not a Buick but certainly an unusal item - a larger than life sized trophy with a real 1978 Trans Am on top! Check out the pictures: http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/art/1006068141.html
uzzled: if that artist was really any good he'd have put solid steel bars in in place of the shocks so the suspension wasn't drooping like that. looks goofy.
Actually, I believe the drooping suspension is there on purpose and represents "Mans Inhumanity To Man" as a gesture of reference to the treatment of individuals in society in general. Frank
NO No No! The suspension is meant to be that way. It represents his childhood memories of watching Dukes Of Hazzard. This is merely the Trans Am chasing the Dukes and going off some ill timed jump or cliff in the road. Or is it symbolic of the Bandit jumping thru the tractor trailer and this is the capture before hitting the trailer?!
So buy it and then you can fix it. :Brow: heck, while i'm at it i might as well buy that skyway and stand it on it's end over the top of the trophy as a cover: http://greg.org/archive/2009/01/22/minnesota_nice_skyway_for_sale_on_craigslist.html http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/bfs/1001523443.html cause i'm made of money, you know? Actually, I believe the drooping suspension is there on purpose andrepresents "Mans Inhumanity To Man" as a gesture of reference to thetreatment of individuals in society in general. ah, good point. i was taking it as a representation of the "collective guilt for individual misdeeds" of the current "victim group" political sensibility. i could be wrong though.
