Anyone have a part number for a temperature sending unit on a '71 350? Car has guage pod which is working unit. Temp. shows on the low part of cold after a 30 minute drive. Not sure which unit is in it now, we found it in a buddy's toolbox & thought we would try it.
Steve, Midway on the gauge, is about 210. My car runs at about 170(on my Autometer gauge). I have the stocker hooked up also, and it never even reaches the 2nd line from cold.
Thanks for the tip. We thought it might have been the sender. Showing cold, which is good, think I'll just leave it alone.
