TH 350 kick-down cable

Any one have a kick-down cable (detent cable, TV cable) for a '72 Skylark, 350 motor, TH 350 trans.? Mine accidently found its way to the exhaust manifold and fried. As you know these are Buick specific, the other A-bodies all work off of the carburator linkage.

The olds cable is the same as the buick (I have both cars), works off the accelerator pedal, not the carb linkage. I had one somewhere but finding it now will be next to impossible. But this should broaden your search. I know years ago my local tranny shop put a replacement one in my car when I had the 350/350 combo, don't know where they got it from. Hopefully one of the guys who do the accelerator cables can repro this part too as I know they eventually do go bad and are not easy to find.

you should be able to get one from, Auto Zone or Advance, Oreilleys ect

 

I have a part number but all the parts stores say they've been discontinued.

I do have one I just have to check its condition . If its good hows 20.00 shipped sound .
