I got this with a 455 that came out of a 72 Riviera and that's all i know about it. I couldn't find any markings on it except a big "D" on the tail. It measures about 33.5 inches from bell housing to end of tail (not including shaft). Since my I own one and would only plan on getting another Skylark or GS: 1) is it a TH400? And how to ID it? 2) is it too long for a Skylark/GS? 3) is it worth hanging on to? Thanks
Sure looks like a 400 long shaft. Ppl have used them in a bodys with s shorter drive shaft. Or swap out extension housing and output shaft and convert to short shaft
