at what performance level is a 34 element sprag and hardened race needed ? what clutches are best ? who makes a complete rebuild kit with everything needed ? is it better to buy items seperately ? thanks, dave
unfortunatly my friend there are no deffinate answers here. what ive found is if you have enough motor to doubt your trans you might as well upgrade it to suit you better. hope this bit of wisdom helps. -BrYoN-

Cheap Insurance now. I had to switch to a heavy duty 32 tooth sprague when I had my transmission rebuilt. If you have a car and you plan on doing a little racing with it, I would definately find a heavy duty sprague. If you don't.......you might find metal parts and chips circulating through your transmission after your 16 tooth sprague gets wiped out. It's worth it to take care of that with your transmission already apart. It's cheap insurance. Good luck my friend. John Biggs. :TU:
