Looks like it's the one uzzled: the car has been running hot, hopefully not so hot that this thing was trying to light up, but was disconnected. I don't understand why half of the cables have to just be hangning around, aren't they supposed to go somewhere to do something!?! I took a few pictures of the carb, but it was too dark to take of the box, so I'll give it another try tomorrow. I'm off from school tomorrow and my girlfriend is off to Minnseota to view a wedding, which means I can fiddle with the car the whole day and night. :grin: :grin: :grin: I probably spend way too much time on it, but if I didnt I don't think it would run at all. Also planned for tomorrow is to go to this upholstery store and see if I can get a new piece of transparent canvas for the back wondow. My plan is to undo the stitches holding the one that's in place now, and remove it. Then make a copy of it, slightly larger, with push buttons on it, kind of like these buttons that's used to put on tops on boats. Have them attach a rim to it, so it looks ok, and then put it back in. Think this could work? It feels like it would be an affordable solution; right now I can't drive with the top up, don't see a thing.
