I finally took ownership of the 67 Riv I've been hawking for the past few weeks. After finally getting the car home intact last night and getting some much needed sleep (after the direct deposit for the car was two weeks late), I took it in for an alignment today to correct the skewed steering wheel and get rid of the sudden jerk to the other lane when I breathed heavy on the wheel or hit a bump(toe was waaaaaay out, and camber didn't help much). Much to my surprise I found the previous owner had replaced all front end bushings, brake hoses, and several other pain in the you know what pieces when he hacked the car slightly up to put in the air bag suspension, which was done very neatly although I'm not sure if I can deal with it yet. I'll post some pics when I can wrestle the camera out of my wife's hands. It will be my 4th Buick, but first since I joined the forum. Thanks for everyone's help so far on locating the Star Wars air cleaner and for this awesome sight. My avatar is the actual car.
