Nice looking car! I'm afraid I'd have to jump all over whoever replaced the vinyl top though. Looks like they used a regular replacement top with the seams and turned it sideways. You can see the extra seam just coming out of the back corner of the sunroof. We need to find you a full width piece of the material to get that fixed!

John, keep us informed. If there's a King of Sun Coupe's, its you! I've still got that roll of white material you sold me, but am still undecided on keeping my white top, or going with black.
Wow Dean white IMHO looks so great with the red paint I would not change that. I'll let everyone know asap.
I agree white looks good with the orange. I just don't know if I'm going to keep it that color or go with Statomist Blue like my last GS was. That blue is just so beautiful, it's a hard decision.
Here are some more pics of it. These aren't as nice looking as when it was in one piece... or at least two. I have new reproduction seat covers that match the originals but I am waiting for the passenger seat to crap out before I put them on. I have a new dash Gage bezel to replace the one I have (its mounting posts glued together and the wiper switch doesn't stay in or ground properly) neither my current dash bezel or my new one has the wood grain back. :ball: I do not have a driverside headrest (bucket seats) to replace the split one, and don't know how well it would re-cover; I've been told auto interior shops can do it but it never matches the originals.
Well you have an incorrect handle, The top material on the roof is wrong it should be a wide roll of vinyl with no seams. (I can help with that). Some of the bows appear to be bent. Not a problem as they can be bent back. Check and see if it has a cable in the sewn edge on the sides. It goes from each side of the header panel in front around the back header panel and a spring connects the 2 cables. Factory was a 1/16 coated and now you cannot get that small cable coated. Let me know if you need help with anything.
