That exhaust exiting infront of the rear wheel is more subtle than "side" exhaust. :laugh: How perfectly understated that fish bowl is.
Someone should show some Mercy on that thing and chop the top 4 inches...or cut it off and leave it off ala Sheriff Buford T. Justice......
If memory serves,this picture was taken right after Doc Watson pasted a certain Aztec Bronze 66 Corvette roadster,out on Woodward Ave. I think the Vette had a big block hood also?:bla: Doc Watson was later quoted asking " How do you get this thing out of second gear?". The Pacer is one of those unfortunate designs that, no matter what you do, you can't make it look cool. Reminds me of the old adage: "It costs just as much to design an ugly car as it does a good looking car."p
