I talked to Tim this morning, the tornado missed them, but they were without power for a while and Tim was pretty beat from cutting people out of houses and such

Yeah where fine, the tornado set down about 2 miles south east and worked it's way east northeast. pretty torn up over there- I'll ttry and post some inside house pictures we have. Had to bring the county technical rescue team for some of the recues becauce of the house collapses, we had seven departments there. Have some pictures of a horse trailer sent 1/2 mile down the road INTO a set of apartments turned a 3 story into a 2 story .
We were on weather watch and went to set the fire whistle BUT lost power just then. No one had warning- being it was at 1:30am.
I'm sure people saw the new Holiday inn convertable wing, on the news. That isn't even the bad stuff. Butt all the news could get to and see.Due to the baracades- Dundee lost 14 blocks. Considering the time of night , people sleeping, and all the damage , Could of been ALOT worse!

yeah they are fine- they are 2 miles west of us.
It's AMAZING how cut and dry it is -with the damage. one house GONE while the one next to it still standing! I have to wait till my daughter gets home to download pics- my favorite is a new grain silo .It's twisted straight up like a soft serve ice cream cone! It was filled with corn so it shifted but stood. The others look like a ball of tin foil crumpled up.
Only one cool car death -corvette 90's- saving this one for donnys christmas card. Front clip sitting by a pool with chairs blown up to it like a table!!
Found a LIVe chicken with a piece of Timothy grass completely through it.
Oh well headed back to help clean up. later

Jeremy McNicol We had a good time

We only lost power for a couple hours and no real damage. 20 mins west of us there was a father/ son farm (one on both sides of the road) that there is only one house standing and the work shop of one barn. Power poles around tractors and the hole 9 yards. Lot of people that were very lucky.
