Was there any 4 speed automatic tranny's for the '70-'72 year buicks?

    Thanks

No. You can install a later 4spd auto with ease....200R4 or 700R4

Ok thanks, I was kinda wondering if a 4 speed was offered in an automatic, but I guess you would have to get a 4 speed manual shift car to get the extra gear. :3gears: So besides the '70 through '72 model year buicks, were there any automatic 4 speeds before '70? TIA :TU: :Comp:

I believe the modern 4 spd auto first came out in 81-2.
