Could the 60 Le Sabre be had with the chrome wheel well trim? I know it can on the Invicta & Electras but unsure about the Le Sabre. My car has the chrome gavel guard only. I would like to add the wheel well trim, also if it can be had.
While it was not offered from the factory, there's nothing keeping you from adding it to your car IF you can find enough nice pieces to make a set. The screw holes should already be there since the fenders are the same on all of them (at least it was when I did it to a 62).
Thanks for the information. I have seen the 60 with the trim but didn't know if it was factory or aftermarket. I have not seen any such trim for sale on any of the sites I have found.
Your best bet is to find them one at a time. Finding good used (let alone NOS) w/opening moldings will probably take some time and effort. Then, of course, they would probably need straightening and polishing. Good luck in your quest.
