Anyone needing trunk weatherstrip might consider Chevy supplier "Classic Industries" in the Impala catalog they list original type foam with latex skin. i would imagine this would fit the gutters on "A" bodies and others. They dont offer Chevelle stuff but you always have to cut to length anyway. i have had nothing but bad experiences with all aftermarket weatherstripping, doors, trunk and roof. The roof is the worst as the power windows will not shut and it leaks like a sieve. I was lucky enough to find these from GM before being discontinued. The doors and trunk you have to slam with repro stuff it is all junk in my opinion. I heard the new latex stuff has to be made in China as the chemical waste is beyond what the EPA allows. Just food for thought. Anybody tried this stuff? I know everyone has to have problems with the rock hard repro stuff.

By the way Classic Industries part #WS515
