Turbo 400 Rebuilder needed

    Anyone have a recommendation for a CONCOURS type rebuild of my PQ code turbo 400 in the Silver TA protype.

    He goes by the user name Brian Stefina on this board. He has been an engineer for a major trans corp. for many years and does many drive trains for some of the top restorers in the country. Full of knowledge and pretty good at not breaking your piggy bank! You get what you pay for which seems to be getting tougher all the time. Very knowledgable on most makes!
