Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what to do with this mess. I've gotten differing oppinions and well...i need more. Should I melt lead into the area or should I braze or should I cut and weld? The pan is fairly solid despite the holes. The largest hole is about the size of a sharpie. Any help is appreciated.

That looks worse than the one I did! You have to replace that man. I just got done doing it and it kind of sucks. You have to remove both braces on each side, (which is the not fun part) then usually the metal around the edge is pretty rusty, that is what sucks about fixing rusty cars, there is always rust when you don't expect it! I got my pan off ebay, it was way cheaper than anywhere else, I researched for quite awhile, you always have to figure shipping into it, anyways it was from Goodmark, I was really impressed. Thick steel, (unlike Quarter Panel Skins:mad: ) you have to cut and bend the curved edge a little but just about every aftermarket panel you buy you have to adjust, Good luck!!
