bought a set for my 73. i still have my set i bought in 74 or 75. i installed one side from the top because of all the room. tried to bolt them up, they hit the
bellhousing. paid 125 for and no fit.. called bell, he said 'just stick a 2x4 in the collector and bend them out'. and they fit. no dents in mine.

 

Mine came preclearanced from previous owner,said he couldn’t afford a 2x4

 

Just sittin around collecting dust don’t care if they sell or not.
I like lookin at them and already installed M/T’s on my car but thanks Frank

Thanks for the reply, A friend is going to give me a pair of old school Hooker headers that go over the frame, So I will pass, To the next person in line, Thanks again.

 

Get some good gaskets,my set of Hookers went through gaskets like crazy. I think Remflex, graphite type are a major advancement though
