I need 2 sets of wheel well screws. Can someone who has a set mounted post a pic? I'd like to see how it sits in the molding mounted on a car. Sunk or not?

Also can someone show me how the trunk light is mounted and where the wire goes? And the little clip the holds the wire some where on the deck lid?

    Thanks Joe.

    Joe,

Almost any auto paint store carry them. I would suspect they are also available at most auto parts stores.

Joe, here are 2 pics showing the mounting of the trunk light. I hope you can see the clip that clips the wire to the left trunk hinge. The wire feeds inside the trunk lid up to where the light mounts.

Cool. I'll get the screws tomorrow. Any pics of how flush they are supposed to be?

Anyone have a trunk light in their 64 or 65 Skylark? I need to see how the wire is attached to the underside of the lid and need to know where the wire goes behind the rear seat?

Great Greg. Where does the wire plug into behind the seat? There is a small plastic plug in type clip on the harness part. Where does that plug into?

For some reason, only one picture attached. Here is the other one. If you'd PM me your email I could send you the full size pictures.

Thanks Greg. I have that part covered now. All I need to see is where it goes under the package tray. That will be my last request. I appreciate it Greg.

Joe, On my hardtop there is a plug that is part of the wiring harness that powers the dome lights in the rear sail panel. That plug attaches to the wire that goes up to the light. As for the wheel trim screws, they are not recessed into the stainless. As you could see in the pic from a previous poster, they are molded (cast) like they have a washer that is part of the screw.

Oh ok Greg I will look for the plug tomorrow. Thanks, And now come to think of it I might have those screws in my stock. I been buying stuff like crazy for my resto.

    Thanks for the help.

Thanks for asking about the light as I had the same question.

Did you get the wheel molding Joe?

Well I got my light in and working. Thanks Greg.

Turns out I don't have or maybe just can't find the screws so I'll go in the am and get them.
